The Ada Halloween Parade will be held this (Monday) evening. Registrations is at 5:15 behind the Municipal Building on Buckeye Street in the village. The age groups for costume judging are preschool and kindergarten, first and second grades, third and fourth grades, fifth and sixth grades, groups any age and pets and adults. A man was arrested after shots were fired at a domestic violence situation near Harrod in Allen County Wednesday night. Four people were arrested after a search warrant was served at a residence located at 112 West Sixth Street in Lima Wednesday. According to a release from the Lima Police Department, once at the residence, officers discovered a dog fighting operation.
