OSP Releases Thanksgiving Holiday Report

COLUMBUS – According to provisional statistics, 16 people were killed on Ohio’s roadways this Thanksgiving holiday. During the five-day reporting period, from Wednesday, November 23 at midnight through 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, November 27, 16 people were killed in 15 fatal crashes. A total of 708 schools in 57 counties around Ohio will receive $57.8 million in grant funding to enhance student and staff safety.  Governor Mike DeWine is awarding the funds as part of his K-12 School Safety Grant Program. Charlie Brown Christmas Starts this Sunday at Gormley Park in Forest

Charlie Brown Christmas will get started for the 2022 Holiday Season this Sunday December 4 at Gormley Park in Forest. The lights will be turned on at 5 that evening. Prior to that, there will be food trucks in the parking lot at three Friday afternoon.  That will allow time for you to have a late lunch or early supper.  The Forest Christian Preschool children will be singing at 6pm.
