Hardin County Sheriff’s Office Holding Shop with a Cop this Saturday

The Hardin County Sheriff's Office 2022 "Shop with a Cop" is fast approaching.  The annual event will be held this Saturday December 3. It allows children from Hardin County to spend a fun-filled day with Hardin County Law Enforcement and volunteers. The kids will go shopping to buy Christmas gifts for their family. They then will return to the Sheriff's Office to wrap the presents.

The 2023 Dog Tags will be sold starting Thursday December 1, 2022. Every dog three months of age and older must have a dog license. The fee is $20, but if an application is not filed and the fee is paid on or before January 31, 2023, then a penalty of $20 will be assessed. The Lake of Lights display gets started for the Holiday season this evening. Gates will open nightly from 6 until 9 tonight through December 31 at Salisbury Park on State Route 67 west in Kenton. A.R.C. Auction Returns for 2022

The A.R.C. Auction at Simon Kenton School is back this year. It will be held Sunday December 4 from 1 until 4pm at the school. Businesses are donating gifts and gift certificates to be auctioned off at the event.  There will be new and gently used items donated by area businesses and individuals.  Many gift cards and certificates will be auctioned as well.
