Kenton City Council conducted its third regular session of the year Monday evening. Kenton Police Chief Dennis Musser informed council members that his department has hired a new police officer. New Security Measures Start Today at Hardin County Courthouse; Entrance Permitted Only on Southside

Starting today (Monday February 9, 2026) there will be only one way to enter the Hardin County Courthouse in Kenton. New security screening began operations at the courthouse.
