A rural Kenton man was sentenced Wednesday in Hardin County Common Pleas Court on one count of endangering children and one count of public indecency. In rejecting a joint sentencing recommendation for community control, Judge Steve Christopher sentenced 56-year-old Rickie Lee Stephens to a total of 36 months in prison.
