Two people were injured in a one vehicle accident that occurred around 8:30 Sunday morning in the 8300 block of SR 117 in Logan County. Distracted driving led to a one vehicle crash this past Saturday afternoon in Wyandot County. According to the report from the Wyandot County Sheriff's Office, 24-year-old Nathaniel McMillan, of Upper Sandusky, told deputies that he was traveling north on Township Highway 122 and was driving at around 70 miles per hour while sending a text. Leighton Street Bridge in Kenton was closed today due to safety concerns. According to information from the City of Kenton Government Facebook page, based on recent bridge inspection findings and consultation with the Ohio Department of Transportation, the decision to close the bridge was made.
