Involuntary Manslaughter, Reckless Homicide Charges Dropped in Hardin County Plea Deal

A man changed his plea last week in Hardin County Common Pleas Court in exchange for more serious charges being dropped. 30-year-old Scott F. Bailey pleaded guilty to two counts of corrupting another with drugs, two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, and one count of aggravated possession of drugs. Hardin County Courthouse Entrance Receives Much-Needed Makeover

Several aesthetic improvements have been made on the south entrance of the Hardin County Courthouse in Kenton. Keep Hardin County Beautiful recently gave the entrance around the doors a much-needed facelift. The project was made possible through grants from Keep America Beautiful and the Hardin County Community Foundation. The southside doors are the primary entrance into the courthouse since a new security screening went into effect in February of this year.

Death Penalty Sought Against Man Accused in Marion Stabbings

Marion County Prosecutor Ray Grogan announced Thursday that he will seek the death penalty against Donald Alan Adams following a Grand Jury indictment on multiple counts of aggravated murder and related felonies.
