Vehicle Stolen in Kenton and Found Wrecked in Wyandot County

Four Sentenced Recently in Common Pleas Court

Four people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.   According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey's Office:   .Dustin A. Teeters was sentenced to a total of 24 months in prison on one count each of escape, failure to notify of change of address and grand theft of a motor vehicle.   .Billy J. Weather Spotter Class Being Offered in Kenton

New Water Mains Being Installed in Forest

Crash Damages Vehicles on Franklin Street Thursday

The 31st Annual Consignment Sale is set to take place tomorrow at the Hardin County Fairgrounds in Kenton.   The auction is set to start at 9 Saturday morning.   Consignments will still be accepted today until 5:00pm. Fundraiser Set to Benefit Safe Haven of Hardin County

A Spaghetti Dinner and Concert Fundraiser as been set for Saturday April 13 at the Walnut Grove United Methodist Church.   The meal will be served from 5 until 6:30pm followed by the concert at the church, which is located around 4 miles north of Kenton on U.S. 68.   All the proceeds from the fundraiser will benefit Safe Haven of Hardin County.

Hancock County Residents Invited to Join BSSA

Hancock County residents are being invited to become associate members of the Buckeye State Sheriff's Association.   WFIN Radio reported that Sheriff Michael Heldman said this in response to an increasing number of people wanting to assist law enforcement in the fight against crime.   He said residents can join for a contribution as little as $20.   The sheriff added that the membership drive is more important due to increasing cutbacks from government funding.   Call the Buckeye State […]

HN Students Performing “Odd Couple-the Female Version”

Hardin Northern students will give a new twist to a classic Neil Simon comedy.   The Odd Couple-the Female Version will be presented March 28-30 at the school. All shows start at 7:00pm.   Unger and Madison are at it again, only this time it's Florence Unger and Olive Madison in this gender swapped version where the girls get to have all the fun.   Tickets are $7 adults and $5 students.
