Kenton Swimming Pool Aims to be Safe Environment for Kids and Families

The management at the Kenton Swimming Pool reminded those attending that they have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to bullying, name calling, profanity, physical altercations or threatening others. The zero tolerance instruction was given to management of the pool by City of Kenton Parks and Recreations Director Taylor Klinger. Several people are facing charges after incidents reported to Kenton Police over the weekend. Woman Arrested After a Weekend Pursuit in Findlay

A woman was arrested in Findlay after a pursuit in that city over the weekend. According to a release from the Findlay Police Department, an officer attempted to stop a vehicle in the 500 block of West Trenton Avenue for a traffic violation. Two Sentenced in Common Pleas Court

Two people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court. According to documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey's Office: .Catherine E. Summit was sentenced to a minimum of 7 years up to a maximum of 9 years in prison on charges of aggravated vehicular assault and operating a vehicle under the influence. .Brian J. Messick was placed on five years community control on one count of trespassing. Both cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.

The Hardin County Agricultural Society met Wednesday, June 2, 2021, for their June monthly board meeting. Eleven directors and eight guests were present.
