ONU COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics Update: ADA, Ohio - Ohio Northern University has been able to acquire two-dose Moderna vaccines for its upcoming state-sponsored COVID-19 mobile mass vaccination clinics. A scam is targeting older adults in the surrounding areas.  Scammers are reportedly saying they are with the PASSPORT program and are asking individuals for their banking information.  When care managers or representatives from the Area Agency on Aging 3 call, they do not ask for your banking information.  All are advised to be cautious of any personal information you give out over the phone.

Bids Received for Two CDBG Projects in McGuffey

The Hardin County Commissioners opened bids recently for two CDBG projects in McGuffey. Three bids were received for the McGuffey Street Resurfacing project. All came in under the estimated cost of $205,000.  Two bids were opened for the village's Water Meter Replacement Project. Both were well under the estimated cost of just over $160,000.  The bids were accepted as presented and were taken under the advisement to be awarded at a later date.
