Bluffton University to host 53rd annual student juried exhibition virtually BLUFFTON, Ohio—The Bluffton University art department will present its 53rd Juried Student Exhibition from April 20-May 9 in the Grace Albrecht Gallery of Sauder Visual Arts Center. Free Tire Collection Scheduled for Marion Residents

A free Tire Collection Event is being held for Marion City Residents. That will be this Saturday, April 17th  10 am to 2 pm on Lincoln Park. They ask that you enter off of Fairground Street in Marion. No businesses can participate. They are accepting passenger tires only with a limit of 10 tires per trip. Oregon, Ohio Man Dead After Crashing Stolen Vehicle into Retention Pond in Findlay

An Oregon, Ohio man was killed after a pursuit of a stolen vehicle involving multiple law enforcement agencies that started early Sunday morning. According to a release from the Findlay Police Department, officers were requested by the Ohio State Highway Patrol to assist in a pursuit that was entering the City of Findlay at around 3 Sunday morning. City of Kenton Cleanup Day Starts Next Week

The City of Kenton free citywide cleanup is scheduled to take place April 19-22 at the Hardin County Fairgrounds in Kenton. The hours will be from 8am until 6:30pm each day. Some of the items that will be accepted include appliances, scrap metal, car batteries and wooden furniture. They will not accept tires, toxic waste, yard clippings, or garbage. Average Gas Price Up a Penny a Gallon

The average gas price was up a penny a gallon today compared to last week in Hardin County. According to AAA, the average price in the county today is $2.67, compared to $2.66 last Monday. Auglaize County has the cheapest average price in our region at $2.65. Marion County has the most expensive average at $2.76 a gallon The average price around the state is at $2.71 a gallon and the national average is at $2.86 a gallon today.
