State AG’s Office Reaches Settlement with Wyandot County Woman

Mazza Museum Offers Exhibition to Commemorate Moon Landing Anniversary

To commemorate the 50th anniversary of the first lunar landing, University of Findlay’s Mazza Museum has created a special exhibit. Located on the Catherine Freed Galleria Wall, the original artworks depict the historic event as well as stories featuring the moon itself. The exhibition will be on display through January. The date for the June meeting of the Kenton City Schools Board of Education has been changed.   The meeting was originally scheduled for Monday June 17, but that has been moved.   The new date will be Tuesday June 25 starting at 7pm.   The agenda for the meeting has not yet been released.

Coffee with a Cop Scheduled in Findlay on Saturday

A Coffee with a Cop event is scheduled to take place in Findlay this Saturday.   It will be held from 9-11am June 15 from 9-11am at Coffee Amici, 330 South Main Street in Findlay.   Coffee with a Cop offers an opportunity to join neighbors and local law enforcement officers for coffee and conversation.   The Findlay Police Department and Hancock County Sheriff's Office are participating in the event.

Missing Shawnee Township Woman Found Safe

A Shawnee Township woman who has been missing since this past Sunday has been found safe. The Shawnee Township Police Department posted on its Facebook page around 3:30 today that 77 year old Janet Taflinger has been located and is being returned to her home.
