Elwood Motorsport Toy Drive Underway

Elwood Motorsport Team is beginning their toy drive through July. Items must be new and can be dropped off at Elwood Motorsports in Forest Ohio or by contacting Tevon Elwood, Alan Elwood or Meghan Elwood to arrange drop off. Woman Facing Charges Following Domestic Disturbance

A domestic violence situation was reported to Kenton police early Wednesday morning.   According to the report, officers were dispatched to the 700 block of West Lima Street in reference to an assault.   The male victim was allegedly assaulted by his girlfriend.   The 20 year old suspect is facing an assault charge.   The incident is under investigation.

Woman Arrested in Kenton on Delaware County Warrant

A woman from Marion was arrested following an incident at Forest Court Apartments.   According to the report, an officer from the Kenton Police Department was investigating a separate incident involving the suspect when he discovered there was a warrant for her arrest out of the Delaware County Sheriff's Office.   38 year old Melissa Morrison was taken into custody and eventually transported to the Multi-County Jail in Marion.

Man Arrested on Warrant Through APA

A Kenton man was arrested on a warrant following an incident late Wednesday night.   According to the Kenton Police Department report, officers were sent to Resch Street in reference to a man running down the street shouting about a fire.   Officers found 33 year old Joshua Meekins and determined that he was the one shouting.   It was discovered that there was an active warrant for his arrest through the Adult Parole Authority, and he was taken into […]

The Hardin County Commissioners conducted a bid opening for the Alger Housing Demolition Project.   Crates Farms and Excavating of Kenton-BB $47,100.00 Alt: $6,900.00 , Nooman Excavating of CC $31,500.00 Alt $5,500.00- and Deitering Landscaping, of Leipsic-BB $49,000.00 Alt $7,000.00 were the submitted bids for the CDBG project.   The bids were taken under advisement.
