The Kenton Wildcats headed to Westgate Lanes on Thursday for the WBL Tournament. The boys team posted a total of 3900 (three individual games and six bakers) to take 4th place, just 39 pins shy of 3rd. Ben Logan Boys Fall to Graham in Bowling

The Benjamin Logan Raiders fell to the Graham Falcons at TP Lanes 2544 pins to 2372.  Tonight’s loss puts the Raiders' overall record at 10-8.  Leading the Varsity team was:  Paxton Henry paced the squad on games of 169 and 214 for a 383 series.  Wyatt LeVan delivered games of 179 and 166 for a 345 series.  Conner Chambers threw games of 178 and 153 for a 331 series.  Colton Klopfenstein posted games of 145 and 158 for a 303 series.  Pierce Jenkins contributed games of 158 and 138 for a 296 series.  In the 4 Baker games the Raiders and Falcons split.  The JV squad fell to […]

The Lady Raiders had a hard night on the lanes, missing two starting players, but the girls fought hard and came up short against Graham.  2,126 to 2,373.  Aubrey Zedlitz led the team with games of 211 and 167 for a 378 series.  Kaelyn Corwin rolled games of 151 and 138 for a 289 series.  Rylee Davis chipped in a 146 game. North Union’s Harrah Nets 1000th Point

H/T North Union High School Athletics The North Union girls varsity basketball team, already celebrating its 7th straight conference championship, kept its momentum going with a 63-43 win over Graham. The victory boosted the Wildcats’ record to 18-3 overall and a perfect 10-0 in the CBC this season. Adding to the excitement, Wildcat star Kennedy Harrah hit an incredible milestone by scoring her 1000th career point during the game.

Wildcat Varsity Bowling Splits Against Wapak on Senior Night

Kenton Wildcats bowling closed out the regular season hosting Wapakoneta Tuesday on Senior night. The girls' team came out on top by a score of 2184 - 2045. Kenton jumped ahead early after the first individual games, 751-683, and extended their lead to 177 pins after the second set, 755-646, heading into the five baker games up 1506-1329. Four Local Wrestlers Place at 47th Sally George Wrestling Invite

H/T Amy Phelps Four area athletes took placements at the 47th Sally George Wrestling Invitational over the weekend. Grady Phillips kept up his impressive streak with another first-place finish in his weight class, while his Riverdale teammate Kydin Reed grabbed third place. Kenton Boys Bowling Rolled Four School Records in Tight Match Against Celina

The Kenton Wildcats set four school records Thursday night, using every one of them to edge out WBL rival Celina 3195-3172. They opened strong with a 982 first individual game but trailed by four pins, 982-986. In the second game, they smashed a school record with 1126 (248-241-235-228-174) to Celina’s 1057, grabbing a 65-pin lead heading into the five baker games at 2108-2043.
