Kenton wrestler Noah Eikenbary reached a milestone in his high school career last week. Eikenbary reached his 100th career varsity win. He becomes the 1st Kenton Wrestler to earn the distinction. The Kenton Middle School wrestlers grabbed five wins Thursday night in a dual meet against Celina. Unfortunately, it was not enough as the wildcats fell to Bulldogs 25-58 in the dual meet. Karson Davis (98 lbs), Anthony Hunt (110 lbs), Landen Elliott (122 lbs) and Tim Wilkinson (172 lbs) all won their matches and Eli Kauble (245 lbs) picked up a win by forfeit. The Kenton Youth Wrestling Team traveled to St. Marys on Sunday, Dec. 15th to compete in an eight team MVKWA mini-meet. Kids are paired up into 4-man round robin groups by age and weight. Kenton sent forty-two wrestlers who competed against kids from Wapakoneta, Elida, Dephos Tri-County, Lima Central Catholic, Ottawa Glandorf, Cory Rawson and the host St. Marys.
