The St. Marys Roughriders defeated the Kenton Wildcats 39-34 in Western Buckeye League play Friday at Robinson Field. The Roughriders improve to 4-2 overall and 3-2 in the WBL. On a night where Kenton celebrated their senior night and the band performed all game long, Kenton and Ottawa Glandorf battled to a scoreless draw. Kenton outshot OG in the contest 6-1. Brent Rader had 1 save on the evening in recording his 9th shut out of the season. With the tie Kenton is now 8-3-4 (3-2-3 WBL) The JV Cats fell 1-0 and drop to 9-5 (4-3 WBL)

Ben Logan's Ethan Ricketts made a strong showing Thursday at Beavercreek golf club but came up short in advancing to the state meet next week. Riverdale Student Competing in Div. III District Golf Tournament

Riverdale student Andrew Kuenzli is competing today in the Division III District Golf Tournament today. Kuenzli teed off this morning at the Stone Ridge Golf Club in Bowling Green. He parred on the 18th and finishes with a 78 (+6). Top 4 teams and then top 4 individual scores, including those players not on qualifying teams, advance to next weeks state tournament.
