Ten Wildcats Heading to District Swim Meet

The 2026 Lima Sectional Swim Meet took place over the weekend at the Lima YMCA pool, and by the end, ten Wildcats earned spots at the district meet in Bowling Green on Friday, February 20th. Seven Wildcat Bowlers Named All-WBL

The Western Buckeye League announced its all-league bowlers for the 2025-2026 season, with seven Kenton Wildcats earning honors across the boys and girls teams. On the boys' side, Eban Albert made the 1st Team, followed by Hudson Latimore on the 2nd Team, Trevor Roesner on the 3rd Team, and honorable mention Cale Harshfield. For the girls, Karyn Hopkins earned a 1st Team spot, joined by Jazalyn Worthington on the 2nd Team and honorable mention Brayla Butler.

Sanders Dominant in Win over Ben Logan

USV came out on top against Benjamin Logan in boys basketball Tuesday night, beating the Raiders 74-66. Beau Sanders had a standout game for the Rams, racking up 32 points, 13 rebounds, and 7 assists. Caiden Lowery added to the win with four 3-pointers and a total of 16 points. Wildcat Boys Fall Just Short of Districts in Boys Bowling – Albert Headed as Individual

The Kenton Wildcats headed to Fostoria for the NW District Boys Sectional, finishing 5th, just one spot short of making it to the District Tournament. They posted individual game scores of 914, 929, and 869 for a 2712 series, holding 5th place going into the six-baker games. Two Riverdale Esports Teams to Compete for State Championships

Riverdale will be represented by two esports teams in the state tournaments. The Falcons club Marvel Rivals squad, consisting of Captain Trent Locke, Odyn Ackermann, Lonnie Adams, Parker Goodrich, Maelin Mitsch, and Hunter Studer, secured the 3rd seed and a first-round bye, sending them straight to the Elite 8. Brody Berger Heading to the University of Iowa

H/T Lindsey Berger Riverdale and NOTA athlete Brody Berger is set to join the Iowa Hawkeyes for weight throw and hammer. Still just a junior, Berger is heading to one of the nation’s top throwing programs. His mother shared that while he had strong interest from several other Division 1 schools in recent weeks, he couldn’t turn down the chance to commit to his dream school when coach Ray Robinson came calling.

The Kenton Wildcats headed to Westgate Lanes on Thursday for the WBL Tournament. The boys team posted a total of 3900 (three individual games and six bakers) to take 4th place, just 39 pins shy of 3rd. Ben Logan Boys Fall to Graham in Bowling
