On April 17th, Marissa Bonham broke her own school record in the 200m. Bonham ran an impressive 26.27, topping the previous record of 26.29. The Falcon flyer is a favorite every time she steps on the track and that should continue all the way to state.

Upper Scioto Valley defeated Temple Christian 12-4 Monday night in Northwest Central Conference action. The win brings the Rams to 1-7 overall and 1-2 in the Northwest Central Conference. The Class of 2026 Hardin County Sports Hall of Fame Induction Banquet will be held at St. John's Evangelical Church in Kenton on Saturday, June 20, 2026. Riverdale Athletes honored at Wyandot County Sports Hall of Fame

The Riverdale Falcons were under the spotlight at the 14th Annual Wyandot County Sports Hall of Fame banquet. Six All-Ohio honorees were in attendance: Grady Phelps for wrestling, Kolten Evans for track and cross country, Marissa Bonham for track and basketball, and Paige Vent for track. Nathan Alge and Paige Courtad earned Riverdale scholarships, but the highlight of the night was alumna Kayla (Brown) Golding’s induction into the Hall of Fame.

USV vs Ridgemont Baseball Rescheduled

The Upper Scioto Valley baseball game against Ridgemont, which was previously suspended, will resume on May 16 at 11:00 AM. Play will pick up in the bottom of the 6th inning with two outs and Ridgemont leading 13–12. Following the completion of the suspended game, the teams will play a full varsity contest.

Riverdale Softball Outlasts USV

Riverdale and USV faced off in a varsity softball game Thursday evening, with the Falcons racing to an early 11-1 lead after just two innings and never looking back. The Rams put up a fight all night, scoring 9 runs on 9 hits, but Riverdale’s offense proved overwhelming.
