Benjamin Logan Student’s Mosaic Selected for Ohio House Art Exhibit
Benjamin Logan Local School District Benjamin Logan recognized junior Junah Hardman, whose mosaic artwork has been selected for the Ohio House of Representatives High School Student Art Exhibit 2026–28.The original mosaic is the uniquely shaped piece featured in the center of this photograph. Lima Avenue I-75 Ramps in Hancock County to Close Tuesday Morning
The Ohio Department of Transportation announced that Lima Avenue ramp to Interstate 75 in Hancock County will be closed tomorrow morning. That will include both the northbound and southbound lanes. The closure will start at approximately 7:00 Tuesday morning and is anticipated to last for several hours to repair the guardrail. No detour will be posted.
Hardin County Chamber Spotlights Forest-Jackson Public Library
Hardin County Chamber & Business Alliance Hardin County Chamber and Business Alliance shined its latest member spotlight on the Forest-Jackson Public Library. The library offers many programs including Storytime Station, Monthly Craft Hout, Book Club and more. Children can also enjoy reading outdoors on the Gormley Park Story Walk trail. Hardin County YMCA Sea Dragons to Hold Parent Information Meeting Tonight
Hardin County Family YMCA. A parents informational meeting for the Hardin County YMCA Sea Dragons Swim Team will be held this evening. The meeting will start at 6:00 pm. The first practice and tryouts will be from 6:00 until 7:00 this Wednesday, September 23. Revitalize Kenton to Unveil New Community Mural October 18
Revitalize Kenton: a community partnership Revitalize Kenton and Ohio Arts Council will hold a public unveiling and dedication ceremony on October 18 at Hillcrest Lanes in Kenton. The Striking Connections: A Community Mural Project will take place from 1:00 until 3:00 pm at 1001 West Lima Street in Kenton. The new mural will be unveiled at that time.
