Butterman Scheduled to Change His Plea on Child Pornography Charge on Nov 18
A rural Roundhead man is scheduled to change his plea on a charge involving child pornography in the United States Northern Ohio District Court in Toledo.
According to Court documents, the hearing for Mark Butterman to change his plea is scheduled for Tuesday November 18, 2025.
The hearing will begin at 2:00 that afternoon in Courtroom 2B.
Butterman was indicted in May of this year on one count of receipt and distribution of child pornography.
The investigation was conducted by the FBI and the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office.
Butterman faces a minimum of five and maximum of 20 years in prison.
