Kenton High School Coed Varsity Wrestling falls to St. Marys Memorial High School 66-6
The Kenton High School wrestling team fell to undefeated St. Marys 66-6 Thursday night in WBL action. Only Aaron Modd and Anthony Hunt were able to secure victorys in the matchup. Modd, wrestling at 144 lbs, defeated Quincy Tracy with a takedown right at end of the match winning 6-5. Kenton High School Girls Varsity Basketball beat St. Marys Memorial High School 44-42
The Lady Wildcats survive a late comeback from St Marys to hold on 44-42. Kyla Bostater hit a huge 3 point shot that put the Wildcats up by 1 with 1:14 left. Ali Harpel tacked on a free throw to make it 44-42 with 30 seconds left. The Lady Wildcats then had a strong defensive stand to end the game. Kenton High School Girls Varsity Bowling falls to St. Marys Memorial High School 1789-717
The 3 Kenton bowlers competed against St. Marys but ended up on the losing end. Brittany Beamer led the way with a 143 high game and 260 high series. Mackenzie Kugel followed with a 246 series (114 - 132) and Hayley Gallant rolled a 211 series (105 - 106) The Wildcats are off until Monday when they travel to Van Wert for a 4:30 match at Olympic Lanes

Kenton jumped out to a 47 pin lead after the 1st individual game. St. Marys came back with a big 2nd game to take a 70 pin lead. Kenton Boys 7th Grade Basketball beat Bellefontaine 45-23
The wildcats move to 10-4 on the season with a total team effort tonight picking up the win on the road 45-23. The wildcats were led in scoring by Maddux McFarlin with 13, Luke Hougendobler with 8, Kyle Barrett with 6, Oliver Sneary 5, and Gavin Sealscott 4. Anden Goldsmith had a great defensive game and led the team in rebounds. The wildcats will be back in action Monday night at Home against Ada at 5:30 PM.
Kenton Girls 7th Grade Basketball beat Bellefontaine 26-10
The Cats turned up the defense to shut down the Chieftains. Leading all scores was a Brylee Bostelman with 15. Lyla Gammon and Taryn Miller both added a pair of baskets while Jadynn Byers chipped in 3 points.
