Kenton 8th Grade Volleyball falls to Shawnee 2 – 0

The Kenton Wildcats competed against a very tough Shawnee team Tuesday night.  Shawnee had a streak of 8 serves in a row that the Wildcats couldn't recover from, losing set 1 14-25.  Kenton started slow in set 2 and never got going, losing 8-25. Kendra Lightner served 3 points, Lauryn Newman and Aubrey Kavanaugh served 2 points and Raeleigh Whitaker added 1. Kenton hosts Bath Thursday.

Kenton and Wapak tie 1-1 in WBL clash at Merold Field

On a night where they celebrated Coach Bartlett's 25 years of coaching at Kenton the Wildcats battled back and drew with Wapak 1-1.  With the tie Kenton is now 4-4-3 (1-3-2 WBL).
