The Benjamin Logan varsity girls soccer team defeated West Liberty Salem 1-0 to improved to 10-2-1. the Raiders have now reached the 10-win mark in back-to-back seasons. Avery Rogers had 5 saves in goal to record her school record 7th shutout of the season. Ella Stoodt scored the lone goal on an assist from Paislee Rodenberger. The Raiders will host Calvary Christian on Monday night at 6:00 in another Logan County match-up.

The Benjamin Logan Lady Raiders volleyball team traveled to Riverside on Saturday for a special Volley for the Cure match. The Raiders came away with a three-set victory over Riverside, winning by scores of 25-12, 25-5, and 25-19. Leading the Raiders offensively was Georgia Daniels with 12 kills, followed by Abby Vance with 10 kills. Summer Cline added five kills, while Avah Miller and Storm LeVan each contributed four kills. Riverdale high school volleyball delivered an impressive performance at this year's Keegan McKee Memorial tournament. The Falcons defeated USV, Ridgedale, and finally Ridgemont in the championship match at the tournament, winning every set along the way.
Riverdale and Arlington took the gridiron for a BVC matchup live on WKTN. It was a dominant 40-13 win for the Red Devils who picked up their first victory of the season over their longtime rival. It was a joyous senior night for the Kenton men’s soccer team, as the Wildcats marched to a 4-1 victory over Temple Christian. Seniors Gus Wingfield and Chris Villa each found the back of the net, but it was freshman Nolan Asman leading the way with a brace. Kenton moves to 4-7-2 on the season and will look to build off their second straight win when they return to WBL play against Wapak at home on Monday.
Live on WKTN the Riverdale boys soccer team moved to 6-6-1 on the season with a 9-0 rout over Cory-Rawson. The shutout was the Falcons 5th of the season. Riverdale has a quick turnaround; they take Friday off then get back to work against Continental on Saturday.
