Kenton Girls Varsity Bowling falls to Indian Lake 1901 – 1789

The Kenton Wildcats had a rematch with Indian Lake and this time ended on the short end of the scoreboard. The Lakers jumped out to a 120 pin lead after the 1st individual games, 585 - 705. Kenton 8th grade boys fall to Bluffton

The Kenton 8th grade boys basketball team fell to Bluffton 32-24. It was a very physical game and while we came to play we came up short to a good team. Defensively Zaidyn Wyomic and Layton Hijma played their best player very tough. The Wildcats were led by Xavier Gammon with 9 points followed by Issac Gordon with 5. Kenton loses a hard fought battle tonight 63-51. After falling behind 21-4 the cats closed the half on a 29 to 8 run to take a half time lead. The 8th grade boys basketball team fell to Bellefontaine Saturday 40-30.  For the Wildcats Xavier Gammon led the team in scoring with 12 followed by Kayne Bushong with 5 and Issac Gordon and Tanner Butcher both adding 4. Handell and Laubis Start the Season Off with Dominant Wins in Wrestling Home Opener; Kenton Falls to Shawnee 55-16

The Kenton wrestling team opened the season with a home dual meet against Lima Shawnee on Thursday night.  Despite nice wins from Senior, Matthew Handell and Sophomore, Brison Laubis at heavyweight; Shawnee won five of the seven contested matches defeating the Wildcats 55-16.
