Marion County Fair Continues With Figure 8 Racing and More

Marion County Fair Lots of activities are taking place during day number three of the Marion County Fair. That includes Figure 8 Racing in the grandstand. Fair admission is $10 for ages 11 and over and ages 10 and under are free. Children 15 and under must be accompanied by a paid adult. You can find complete fair details by visiting marioncountyfairgrounds.com. The fair runs through this Saturday, July 4 at the fairgrounds in Marion.

Hardin County Humane Society Highlights Spay and Neuter Options for Cats

Hardin County Humane Society Ohio The Hardin County Humane Society provided information on two low cost Spay and Neuter options. Option 1 is for Rascal Unit appointments. The $35 cat spay and neuter option is limited to Hardin County residents only. Option 2 includes Hope Clinic vouchers for Hardin County residents and is for female cars only. New Kenton Fire Department Truck Nearing Arrival After Final Inspections

The new truck for the Kenton Fire Department is finished and currently undergoing inspections before heading to Kenton. It is expected to arrive in the next few weeks as the city continues to strengthen their services. Bonnie L. Meijer in Lima Temporarily Closed After Shots Fired

Meijer in Lima was temporarily closed Monday evening after shots were fired at the store. According to a release, Allen County Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched to store on Elida Road at around 4:10 Monday afternoon, and the scene was secured. No suspects are in custody at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
