Village of Ada officials are urging residents not to ignore non-filing letters sent recently by the Regional Income Tax Agency. RITA mailed non-filer letters to taxpayers that neglected to file a municipal income tax return. Kenton City Council to Meet This Evening

Kenton City Council is scheduled to meet this evening. Several ordinances and resolutions dealing with proposed vacant building regulations, a temporary data center moratorium, city finances, and 2027 commodity bids are on the agenda. The Finance Committee will meet prior to the council meeting at 6:00 pm. The 19th Regular Session of the year will start at 7:00 this evening in the City Building. Two Injured in Sunday Afternoon Crash in Lima

Two people were injured in a crash that occurred Sunday afternoon in Lima. According to the report from the Ohio State Highway Patrol, 51-year-old Demetrius Dubai El, of Columbus, was driving east on 4th Street, when a westbound car being driven by 23-year-old Zachary Hoenie, of New Bremen, attempted to make a left turn. A Lakeview man suffered life-threatening injuries in a car verses semi accident that occurred in Logan County early this past Saturday morning.
