Humane societies, dog shelters, and 501(c)(3) non-profit groups that spay and neuter dogs and cats around Ohio can apply for a grant from the Ohio Pet Fund. Ohio State Highway Patrol Investigates Fatal Two-Vehicle Crash in Greene County

XENIA – The Xenia Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a two-vehicle fatal crash. The crash occurred Sunday, March 29, at approximately 7:49 p.m., at the intersection of U.S. 42 and Hickman Road in Xenia Township, Greene County. COLUMBUS, Ohio- Spring in Ohio means orange barrels and renewed investment in Ohio’s infrastructure. The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) is kicking off a record-breaking $3.4 billion construction season statewide.  The 2026 construction season includes a total of 977 projects. Two Blood Drives Scheduled in the Area for April

There are two blood drives scheduled around the area during the month of April. The first one is from noon until 6pm on April 20 at the Belle Center Cornerstone Church in Belle Center. The second one will be on April 29 from 11am until 5pm in the Mt. Victory Community Building, located at 234 North Washington Street in Mt. Victory. Hardin County Fair Board Launches Tornado Relief Fund Following March 26 Damage

After so many people have reached out, the Hardin County Fair Board has set up a Hardin County Fair Tornado Relief Fund. Board members stated that they didn't plan on accepting donations, but after being overwhelmed with the generosity of the Hardin County community, they decided to offer a place where donations could be made for the relief effort.
