She was born to Margaret Althea (Myers) Lament and Dwight Kenneth Lament in Kenton on September 27, 1948. ODOT Announces SR 199 Bridge Closure and Detour Near Upper Sandusky

The Ohio Department of Transportation announced that the bridge on State Route 199 over U.S. 23, on the southeast side of the city of Upper Sandusky, will close on Monday, October 12. It is expected to be closed for approximately 45 days for a bridge deck overlay project. A detour will be in place. The interchange ramps will be open, except on October 20, when the southbound U.S. 23 entrance ramp will close for one day for pavement repairs.

Kenton Woman Found Guilty on Multiple Charges

Hardin County Sheriff's Office Inmate Roster A Kenton woman has been convicted on charges connected to torturing and cruelly abusing a 9-year-old child in July of 2025. 31-year-old Kiera Browne was indicted on the charges in February of this year. Paul and Ellen Messenger Establish Scholarship Fund at Marion Technical College

Long-time Marion residents, Paul and Ellen Messenger, are investing in Marion’s future with a new scholarship fund at Marion Technical College. The scholarship give preference to a graduate of a career technical school who plans a career in an agriculture-related field. The couple are strong supporters of education and agriculture.
