Kenton Girls Soccer Team Hosting Basket Raffle Fundraiser

The Kenton girl’s soccer team is hosting a basket raffle fundraiser to earn money to purchase training equipment. There are eight baskets that will be raffled with donations for various local sponsors.  Each basket has a retail value of at least $300. The Commissioners will also conduct a Akers, Kerr ditch review with Auglaize County, they will hear updates from Hardin County Sheriff Keith Everhart and meet with Olivia Huss from OheOhio. Cause of 101 Smokehouse Fire Not Yet Determined

Photo: 101 Smokehouse Nearly a month after a fire destroyed 101 Smokehouse in downtown Kenton, the cause has still not been determined. Firefighters were called to the scene during the early morning hours of July 31 after a passerby noticed smoke and called 9-1-1. The building was a total loss, but there were no injuries.
