Kenton School Board Meeting This (Monday) Evening

The Kenton City Schools Board of Education will meet this evening.   A number of personnel issues are on the agenda on the next to last meeting of the school year.   Also during the meeting, Superintendent Jennifer Penczarski will recognize Russel Kaufman, Jay Pfeiffer and Rodney Rogers as 2019 Alumni Hall of Fame Inductees.   A work session will precede the meeting tonight start at 6.   The regular April meeting starts at 7 in the Administration Building.

Hardin County Board of Elections April Meeting Rescheduled

The April 11, 2019 regular meeting of the Hardin County Board of Elections has been rescheduled.   The meeting was cancelled due to sickness, which prevented the board from having a quorum.   The April meeting was rescheduled for this Wednesday the 17 at 9:00 a.m on the Board office in the Hardin County Courthouse.

University of Findlay Hosting U.S. Naturalization Ceremony

The University of Findlay will be hosting one of its largest naturalization ceremonies to date on Thursday, April 25. Approximately 80 individuals are planning to become United States citizens at the public event, which will take place at 12:30 p.m. in Winebrenner Building’s TLB Auditorium. Gas Prices Continue to Rise

The average price for a gallon of gas in Hardin County continues to rise.   AAA reported that the average price for a gallon of regular grade gas is $2.66 today. That is seven cents higher than last week's average.   That still makes it the cheapest price in our region.   The most expensive price continues to be Marion County, where the average price per gallon is $2.80.   The statewide average is $2.69 and the national average is […]

OSP Participating in 6-State Project Targeting Distracted Driving

COLUMBUS – The Ohio State Highway Patrol will be joining forces with other members of the 6-State Trooper Project to focus on distracted driving enforcement. Carman at Riverdale Sunday
