The Kenton Police Department and Hardin County Sheriff's Office are holding a Cops and Bobbers Youth Fishing Day on Sunday August 30. It will take place from 5 until 8pm at France Lake in Kenton. Youth under 18 do not need a fishing license, and children must be accompanied by an adult the entire time. HSLC's final Food Truck Takeover Thursday will take place tomorrow. Back by popular demand is Flappers, Fins and Fries, which will be serving from 11am until 2 Thursday (August 13). Water leaks have been detected at two locations in the City of Kenton. One was on Eliza Street between Main and Detroit, and the other is in the 100 block of North Detroit Street. A man was arrested after Findlay police officers were dispatched to the Drury Inn at 820 West Trenton Avenue over this past weekend for a suspicious male possibly selling drugs in the parking. Findlay police officers were dispatched to American Power Sports early this past Sunday morning for an alarm call. Upon arrival, it was determined that the business had been entered, and three ATV’s were observed fleeing the area towards the Cube, 3430 North Main Street.
