Man Changes Plea on Sexual Charges Involving Minors

A rural Kenton man changed his plea this week on charges of sexual offenses involving a minor. In Hardin County Common Pleas Court on Monday, 56 year old Rickie Lee Stephens pleaded guilty to an amended count of endangering children and one count of public indecency. He was facing 13 counts of public indecency and one count each of attempted gross sexual imposition, compelling prostitution and importuning after being indicted in June of this year.
