Man Changes Plea on Sexual Charges Involving Minors

A rural Kenton man changed his plea this week on charges of sexual offenses involving a minor. In Hardin County Common Pleas Court on Monday, 56 year old Rickie Lee Stephens pleaded guilty to an amended count of endangering children and one count of public indecency.
