Investigation Ongoing Following Train and Car Accident in Hardin County Tuesday Night

An accident involving a car and a train occurred around 8:30 Tuesday night. The crash happened on State Route 292 near Township Road 206. According to limited information from the Hardin County Sheriff's Office, a Logan County man is believed to have suffered a medical emergency while driving, and his car struck the train. His name and condition have not been released at this time. The crash remains under investigation.

Bellefontaine Man Facing Murder Charge After Wife Found Fatally Shot

A 66-year-old Bellefontaine man was arrested Tuesday afternoon and is being held on a charge of murder. WPKO Radio reported that Bellefontaine Police were dispatched to 322 Clagg Street in the city where they found the deceased body of 68-year-old Wanda Quint. She had been shot multiple times, and her husband Kenton Quint was arrested. He was taken to the Logan County Jail and is being held on a charge of murder. The incident remains under investigation.
