Tank Truck Roll Over Accident Reported in Union County

A Milford City man escaped injury in a tanker truck rollover accident that occurred Monday morning in Union County.   According to the Union County Sheriff's Office Daily Media Release, 24 year old Ryan T. OSP Looking to Regain “Best Looking Cruiser” Title

The Ohio State Highway Patrol needs your help to regain the title of “Best Looking Cruiser.”    The American Association of State Troopers’ annual Best Looking Cruiser Contest began on July 15 and will end at 3 p.m. on July 30.    This year the voting will be done through Survey Monkey. Attendance Up for 2019 Logan County Fair

Attendance at the just completed Logan County Fair was up over last year.   WPKO Radio reported that the total paid admission for the 2019 fair was 14,016, compared to 13,878 from last year.   The number does not include the nearly 1000 season ticket holders, over 700 junior fair kids and complimentary passes handed out to veterans, senior citizens and other groups.   The fair ran from Sunday July 7 through Saturday July 13 at the fairgrounds in Bellefontaine. Man Arrested on Wyandot County Warrant

A man was arrested Monday by Hancock County Sheriff's deputies on a warrant out of Wyandot County.   According to the Wyandot County Sheriff's Office report, Jacob R. Hill was taken into custody on the warrant through the Wyandot County Juvenile Court.   Deputies from each office met at a location in the 21,000 block of State Highway 568, and Hill was transported to the Wyandot County Jail where he will serve a 30 day sentence.

Stretch of County Road 50 Closed Starting Today

A stretch of County Road 50 closed today for a bridge replacement project.   According to information from the Hardin County Engineer's Office, County Road 50, between Liberty Township Road 55 and County Road 65, closed today (July 16).   It will be closed for 6 to 8 weeks.

Driver Escapes Injury in Auglaize County Crash

HN FFA Chapter Conducting Apparel Sale

The Hardin Northern FFA chapter currently has an apparel sale going on to raise funds for their National FFA Convention trip to Indianapolis this fall.    The purchase of new HN gear will support of the trip.    All orders are due August 1st and will be available for pickup the first Friday of the school year.    The chapter thanks you for your support.
