Marion Man Facing Attempted Murder Charge

A man was arrested in Marion following a stabbing in that city this past Sunday night.   The Marion Star newspaper reported that 47 year old Donald Alan Mayse was taken into custody at his home in the 400 block of Olney Street.   He is accused of stabbing a person multiple times following an argument.   The 40 year old male victim suffered stab wounds to the chest and elbow. Suspect Wanted for Felonious Assault in Arlington Captured

A suspect who was wanted in connection to a felonious assault that occurred at a house in Arlington Monday morning has been arrested.   37 year old Brandon Pinks is said to have injured an adult and a teenager at a house in the village.   The adult was taken by helicopter to a Lima hospital. Water to be Shut Off Tonight in Kenton

There will be a city-wide shutdown of water tonight in Kenton.   Water will be turned off starting between midnight and 2 a.m.   It is expected to be off for approximately five hours.   Depressurization is necessary so crews can replace a water valve due to failure. The work is being done in the area of Marie and High Streets.   When the water is turned back on, there will be a city-wide boil water advisory until further notice.
