A Lima man was seriously injured after his bicycle was struck by a car Tuesday morning at the intersection in Lima. According to the report from the Lima Police Department, 63-year-old Troy Terhark attempted to cross Cable Road from a stop sign on Carolina Avenue, and his bicycle was struck by a southbound car being driven by 42-year-old Matthew Gogley, of Lima. Findlay Man Succumbs to Injuries Following E-Bike Accident

A Findlay man who was involved in an E-Bike accident early this past Monday morning in that city has died. According to a release from the Findlay Police Department, Daniel Martin died Tuesday from injuries he suffered in the accident. Martin lost control of the bike while traveling north in an alley at just past midnight Monday in the 700 block of Frazer Street in Findlay. The bike went off the left side of the alley and struck a fence.

SPRINGFIELD – Yesterday, July 20, just after 7:30 p.m., troopers from the Springfield Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to a non-injury single-engine airplane crash. The crash occurred at the Springfield-Beckley Municipal Airport (KSGH) on W. Ohio State Highway Patrol Reminds Drivers to Move Over for Emergency Vehicles

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is reminding motorists that flashing emergency lights mean it’s time to move over or, when that’s not possible, reduce your speed. Troopers issued 7,020 citations in work zones last year. Over a third was for drivers exceeding the limit by 20 miles per hour or more. The law imposes fines of up to $300 for first-time offenders and up to $1,000 for repeat offenders, and strict criminal charges for violations causing injury or death.
