City of Lima Accepting Duck Blind Lottery Registrations August 3–7

The City of Lima will be accepting registrations August 3-7 for hunters that wish to harvest waterfowl at Lima’s reservoirs. Registrations can be submitted at the Water Treatment Plant located at 1100 East Wayne Street in Lima. Findlay Man Seriously Injured in Early Morning E-Bike Crash

A Findlay resident was injured in an E-Bike accident early this morning in the 700 block of Frazer Street that city. According to a release from the Findlay Police Department, Daniel Martin lost control of the bike while traveling north in an alley at just past midnight. The bike went off west side of the alley and struck a fence. Martin was transported to Blanchard Valley Hospital for treatment of serious injuries.

Red Cross Blood Drive Scheduled in Ada on July 27

A Red Cross Blood Drive will be held in Ada next Monday, July 27. It will be from 11am until 5pm in the Conference Room of Ada Visiting Nurses and Hospice, located at 1200 South Main Street in Ada. ODOT Announces Two Closures on State Route 235 in Hardin County

State Route 235, between County Road 20 and Township Road 30, will close for a culvert replacement. According to the Ohio Department of Transportation, it is expected to be closed for approximately five days. The detour is 81 to 68, to 30, and then back to 235. Also, State Route 235 between the unincorporated community of Roundhead and the village of Alger closed late last week for approximately 30 days for full-width paving. According to documents filed in Hardin County Common Pleas Court, the Grand Jury returned a 48 count indictment against Carlos Rivera-Alejandro. Water Main Break Closes West Front Street in Findlay

A water main break has occurred in the City of Findlay. As a result, West Front Street, from South Cory to South Main Street, is closed until further notice. The Findlay Police Department is advising motorists to seek alternate routes and avoid the area. Do not attempt to bypass barricades or enter the closed road.
