One person was sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court. According to the document from Prosecutor Brad Bailey's Office: .Timothy J. Mullins was sentenced to 12 months in prison on one count of possession of heroin. The case was heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
A medical emergency forced a Life Flight Helicopter to land on State Route 309 Thursday night. Emergency crews were dispatched around 9:30pm to the 12,000 block of State Route 309 on a report of unresponsive male. According to the report from the Kenton Police Department, officers were dispatched to a residence in the 300 block of West Franklin Street in reference to an argument between two individuals. A Bellefontaine teenager will be tried as an adult on charges handed down by the Logan County Grand Jury this week. The Bellefontaine Examiner reported that 17 year old Elijah Leeper was charged with burglary and three counts of safecracking, which are all felonies.
