University of Findlay Announces Commencement Speakers

House Fire in Kenton Ruled as Arson

  A vacant house in Kenton was destroyed by fire early Saturday morning.   According to information from the Kenton Fire Department, firefighters were dispatched to 701 South Wayne Street. Pair Facing Drug Charges Following Traffic Stop in Kenton

A Bellefontaine man and a Kenton woman are facing drug related charged following a traffic stop Sunday afternoon.   According to the report from the Kenton Police Department, an officer conducted a traffic stop on Robinson Avenue near South Leighton Street, and a probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted.   Officers seized a suspected crack cocaine rock, a plastic sandwich bag with marijuana and several burnt marijuana cigarettes and two open packs of wrapping papers.   The two […]

Man Rescued After Car Stalls on Flooded Road in Wyandot County

An Upper Sandusky man was rescued when his vehicle stalled out in water on County Highway 29 Sunday afternoon in Wyandot County.   According to the report from the Wyandot County Sheriff's Office, deputies were dispatched to the area to investigate a report that a vehicle with one occupant was stuck in the water.   The deputy arrived and observed Zachary M. Stolen Vehicle Recovered in Kenton

A report of a stolen vehicle was received by Kenton Police this past Saturday.   According to the report, a woman in the 300 block of North Leighton Street told officer her 2016 GMC Acadia was stolen from her residence.   She said the motor was running and the keys were inside at the time.   The vehicle was recovered, and a 41 year Upper Sandusky man was listed as the suspect, but he has not yet been charged.

Lima Man Arrested on Warrant

Hardin County Sheriff’s Citizens Sheriff’s Academy Concludes
