Toledo Woman Arrested After Lengthy Pursuit with Findlay Police Officers

This is the complete release from the Findlay Police Department: On 01-03-2025 at 1211 hours Officers were dispatched to Dick's Sporting Goods for a retail theft. The suspect was an adult female, later identified as Angelica Delao of Toledo, Ohio. She left the store with stolen merchandise and traveled to CR 99 in Findlay, Ohio, where FPD Officers were able to locate her vehicle. Winter Weather Advisory Issued

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for our area. It will be in effect from midnight tonight to 10am Friday January 3, 2025. Snow is expected with a total accumulation from one to two inches. Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions that will impact the Friday morning commute.

OSP Releases New Year’s Holiday Report

COLUMBUS - The Ohio State Highway Patrol is reporting two fatal crashes resulting in three fatalities on Ohio’s roadways during the 2024-2025 New Year’s holiday, according to provisional statistics. The two-day reporting period began at midnight on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, and ran through 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, January 1, 2025. Body Believed to be Missing McGuffey Man Found

Hardin County Sheriff Keith Everhart announced today that Hardin County deputies assisted by agents of the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation & Identification (BCI&I) executed a search warrant that resulted in the discovery of a body believed to be that of Michael Bolen. The warrant had been issued because of information received by deputies late Monday December 16th. Governor DeWine Orders Flags Lowered on Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day

(COLUMBUS, Ohio)—In honor of the lives lost on December 7, 1941 in the attack on Pearl Harbor, and in accordance with orders from the President of the United States, Governor Mike DeWine has ordered that the flags of the United States and the state of Ohio be flown at half-staff upon all public buildings and grounds throughout the state of Ohio from midnight to midnight on December 7, 2024.
