The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to a Mt. Victory area business on October 30 in reference to a group of males selling cleaning products. According to information from the Hardin County Sheriff's Office, they were seen driving a black SUV described as an older model Dodge Durango. Juvenile Dies After Officer Involved Shooting Incident in Findlay

A juvenile who was involved in an officer involved shooting incident Monday evening in Findlay has died. According to a release from the Findlay Police Department, officers were dispatched at just before 6:30 to Bernard Park in the 1100 block of Bernard Avenue in the city to investigate a report about three juveniles who were consuming alcoholic beverages. Man Who Committed Heinous Crimes in Hardin and Wyandot Counties Dies in Prison

A man who was serving a life sentence without the possibility of parole for killing two women in Hardin County in 2008 died in prison on Tuesday. Terry Shepherd was being held at the Toledo Correctional Institution. The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction listed his death at the age of 56, but not the cause, on its website. The Hardin County Agricultural Society met Wednesday, October 2 2024, for their October monthly board meeting. Thirteen directors and sixteen guests were present. Due to a conflict of interest, a new sentencing date has been set for Dustin Clapsaddle in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
