An Ada resident has earned an Eagle Scout rank. Kaylie is a local pioneer in scouting, being the first girl in the county to join Cub Scout. She also earned Arrow of Light and most recently, the rank of Eagle Scout. Kaylie is a member of Scouts BSA Troop 950 Marion/Caledonia.

Two vehicles were involved in a crash that occurred Tuesday morning at the intersection of South Main and Walnut Street in Kenton. According to the report from the Kenton Police Department, 83-year-old Bill Moore, of Belle Center, drove onto Main Street from a stop sign on Walnut, and his vehicle was struck by a southbound car being operated by 18-year-old Kylee Clem, of Kenton.
