Mary Lou’s Garden at Hardin County Library Provides Free Vegetables for Community

Photo: Mary Lou Johnson-Hardin County District Library Officials at the Mary Lou Johnson-Hardin County District Library reminded residents about Mary Lou’s Garden. Vegetables grown in the garden are free to anyone who wants them. They are placed on the ‘Free’ table when you walk in, in front of the audiobooks, and are on a first-come, first-served basis. An attempt to harvest the garden takes place in the mornings.

Two-Vehicle Injury Accident in Hardin County Leads to Citation

The Hardin County Sheriff's Office provided information on an accident that occurred this past Monday afternoon at the intersection of County Roads 155 and 190. It was called in as a two-vehicle injury accident with one person entrapped. The driver of the vehicles, John Buoy of Youngstown, was transported to a local hospital for suspected minor injuries.
