A rural Kenton man was arrested Tuesday on a 16 count indictment for sexual offenses involving a minor. 56 year old Rickie Lee Stephens is being held in the Multi County Jail on 13 counts of public indecency and one count each of attempted gross sexual imposition, compelling prostitution and importuning. A Kenton man was arrested Tuesday night after a domestic incident was reported. According to the Kenton Police Department report, the victim arrived at the department at just before 10 Tuesday night to report the incident. After an investigation, 29-year-old John Puckett was arrested. He is being held in the Multi-County Jail on charges of domestic violence and unlawful restraint. There were no injuries. Kenton Rotarian Gerald Pfister welcomed Ryan Kennedy, a 22-year veteran with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, who provided an update on Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD) at a recent meeting.
