The delayed trial of an Ada man who was arrested and charged in Grant County, Indiana last year has again been rescheduled. 64-year-old Dennis J. Roth allegedly traveled to Marion, Indiana from Ohio in what he believed was a prearranged meeting to pick up children under the age 14 for sexual exploitation. The case involving an 18-year-old Dayton resident who was involved in an officer involved shooting incident last month has been bound over to Hardin County Common Pleas Court. A Dunkirk woman was arrested on a 13-count indictment handed down by the Grand Jury in May. 20-year-old Raisa Weaver is being held in the Multi County Jail in Marion. Ohio Governor Mike DeWine and Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) Director Pamela Boratyn announced yesterday that nearly $52 million in grants will be awarded over the next four years to improve safety for bicycle and pedestrian traffic through the Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP).
