KENTON – The Optimist Club of Kenton-Central Hardin County will hold their annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 4 at 1 pm at the Hardin County Courthouse lawn in downtown Kenton.The Easter Egg Hunt is open to ages 1 – 10. Kenton Police Department Preschool-5th grade students showcased the Leader in Me Program during Leadership Day at Kenton Elementary School on Tuesday. Demolition of the B and C Buildings of the former Kenton High School started today. Building A will remain and will be used as the school's administrative offices. Next up will be the old Kenton Middle School. Abatement is expected to resume in April, and crews are expected to raze the structure starting around Easter.
