Troopers Remind Ohioans: Click it or Ticket

Findlay – Safety belt usage continues to be a primary focus for the Ohio State Highway Patrol as troopers participate in the Click it or Ticket campaign. Scam Costs Kenton Woman $4500

A Kenton woman reported a theft by deception incident to Kenton police Thursday.   According to the report, the victim received a scam phone call saying unless she pays $4500 she would be subject to arrest by the social security administration.   The victim did as told and purchased 9 electronic gift cards and called the scammer back giving them the numbers on the cards.   She was scammed out of $4500.   Calls from social security and the internal […]

May is NF Awareness Month

Hardin County – For the time period of April 15-30, Extension rainfall reporters recorded an average of 4.08 inches of rain in Hardin County. Last year, the average rainfall for the same time period was 1.56 inches. Rainfall for the April 15-30 time period is 1.92 inches more than the ten-year average rainfall during the same dates.
