The Benjamin Logan High School Cheerleading program is hosting a youth camp. The dates are September 28 from 4 until 6 and September 29 from 5 until 7 in the Multipurpose Building. The participants will cheer on the track at 7 on September 29. The cost is $30 per camper, which includes a t-shirt.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol released the results of an OVI checkpoint held in Marion this past Friday. The checkpoint was held Friday evening September 15 on Mount Vernon Avenue near Forest Lawn Boulevard in Marion. Officers made contact with 694 vehicles that passed through the checkpoint.
