Defendant Facing Aggravated Murder Charge Dies Before Case Goes to Court

A man who was indicted for the murder of a Mt. Victory man in 2022 died last week, and the indictment against him was dismissed. According to the Hardin County Common Pleas Court document, 50-year-old Anthony Allen Browne died on August 19. As a result, the indictment on a charge of aggravated murder was dismissed, and all pending warrants were ordered recalled. Drugs Seized After Search Warrants were Served at Residences in Findlay Wednesday Night

Multiple search warrants were served by in the 100 blocks of Shinkle Street and Western Avenue in Findlay Wednesday night. The Hancock County METRICH Drug Task Force and the Hancock County Special Response Team assisted the FBI and Task Force Officers.
