Rural Kenton Man Sentenced to 36 Months in Prison on Child Endangering, Indecency Charges

A rural Kenton man was sentenced Wednesday in Hardin County Common Pleas Court on one count of endangering children and one count of public indecency. In rejecting a joint sentencing recommendation for community control, Judge Steve Christopher sentenced 56-year-old Rickie Lee Stephens to a total of 36 months in prison. Average prices for a gallon of gasoline continue to rise. According to AAA, the average U.S. price is $4.16 a gallon today, which is an increase of a dime since last week.
