Art Dedication Scheduled at University of Findlay

Three paintings created by a local patient with Alzheimer’s Disease, her family, and Awakening Minds Art staff, will be given to the University of Findlay Occupational Therapy Program to display in its adaptive living house. Ridgemont Softball Team Loses Heartbreaker to Allen East

Wednesday's game against Allen East was a heartbreaker for Ridgemont Golden Gophers Varsity, as they lost the lead late in a 10-7 defeat. The game was tied at seven with Allen East batting in the top of the eighth when O Lawerence tripled on a 2-0 count, scoring two runs. Logan County Law Enforcement Memorial Ceremony Set

The 49th Annual Logan County Law Enforcement Memorial Ceremony has been set.   A parade will gets things started at 11am on Saturday May 11.   A ceremony will follow on the South Main Street side of the Logan County Courthouse in Bellefontaine.   The Keynote Speaker will be Supreme Court of Ohio Justice Sharon L. Kennedy.   The ceremony will conclude at 12:30 that afternoon.

Secretary of State Announces Results of Fresh Starts Campaign

COLUMBUS - In February, Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose announced an unprecedented effort to send voter registration forms to addresses which never responded to “last chance” postcards sent by their local county Board of Elections in 2018. Body Found Floating in Pond in Allen County’s Perry Township

Recent Consignment Sale a Success

The Annual Consignment Sale which was held recently at the Hardin County Fairgrounds was a success.   There were 210 consignors with 855 items.     There were 909 registered buyers with 339 of those actually purchasing items.   All of those numbers were down slightly from last year.     Checks were written to consignors in the amount of nearly $299,000.     The JR Fair Board did well with their concession's and made a profit of over $2500, […]
